"errors":You call a GraphQL endpoint and branch on the HTTP status.
A 2xx status with a populated errors field, or a 4xx where you expected data.
The GraphQL-over-HTTP specification says clients should determine the detailed status of a well-formed response from the response body alone.
Parse the JSON, then check errors and data. Use the status code only for transport-level failures.
python3 -c "import sys,json; d=json.load(sys.stdin); print('errors' in d, d.get('data') is not None)" < response.json
If errors is present, handle it even when the HTTP status is 2xx.
