301 Moved Permanently302 Found303 See OtherYou POST with curl -L to an endpoint that redirects.
The data seems lost: the endpoint behind the redirect receives a GET with no body.
When curl follows a 301, 302 or 303 after a POST, it sends the next request as GET. For other 3xx codes it keeps the method.
Call the final URL directly, or use --post301, --post302 or --post303 if you really need the POST to be repeated.
curl -s -o /dev/null -w "%{http_code} %{redirect_url}\n" -X POST -d "$BODY" "$URL"
Print the status and redirect_url of the first response, then POST to redirect_url directly.
